*meet rich's mom, she is a nice and positive little woman
*had finish one painting and start the other one very soon, i like the feeling of picking up the paintbrush again :)
* had joined the 3days retreat camp with rich. its interesting and relaxing thing, similar to what yoga master says , will try to practice more.
* need to check x-ray for my spine, i wish it doesnt get hurt by snowboard.
