Back yoga life

Hvnt workout since July, honestly I didnt gain any weight during this lazy period but I know workout can fasten our metabolism and perform the anti-aging !!!

The contract officially start on dec12 . Work hard !!

macau day trip

a macau trip somehow is like a WHOLEDAY BUFFET, keep eating and eating...

what we ate today - 

Frenando Portuguese restaurant and then almond cake, egg rolls, after 5mins, Dairy queen chocolate dip ice-cream, and finally buffet at MGM....

i m totally stuffed ..........

Last night I was totally pissed by an ham sub lo on the way back home, what I wanna do last night was punch his face and leave the minibus......

And last night dinner with cindy and she of cuz upset with her relationship Issue, mm..somehow she Is like living In her own wonderland.......
Mm.. Cant help her...

Sunday dinner with rich at pokka cafe Shatin and there's a couple sat next to us but they seldom talk, they just holding their iPhone most of the time. Did they communicate through iPhone? I m really don't know.....

But I just wish we can't be like this...:)

recent life:

*meet rich's mom, she is a nice and positive little woman

*had finish one painting and start the other one very soon, i like the feeling of picking up the paintbrush again :)

* had joined the 3days retreat camp with rich. its interesting and relaxing thing, similar to what yoga master says , will try to practice more.

* need to check x-ray for my spine, i wish it doesnt get hurt by snowboard.

happy valentines weekend

had a very good valentine's weekend.

* he dressed up same as the first time we dated. he brought me to the same spot and we have picnic together...
* he remembered what i like , fois gras & choco vondue with strawberries ;  he did look into details : clean up all the curlinary and pots before the trip
* he got me a puzzle with the cartoon of us
* he booked hotel
* he got me 11 red roses today

he do really impressed me :)
